   Who really was Richard Ramirez?  Well Richard's full name was Ricardo Leyva Munoz Ramierz a known American Serial Killer around California. He was called many different names for how he killed his victims or where they mostly took place. He was born in El Paso, Texas on February 29, 1960. Mr. Ramirez died in 2013 while waiting to be executed for all of his charges in California. Richard's childhood is the reason must people believe he made his crimes; he didn't have the best childhood growing up. His father would abuse him which taught him so many gruesome things at young age which would miss up anyone. His cousin was also in the military and would teach him some basic skills on how to fight off people.  After, Ramirez moved to California at the age of 22 he started using drugs. To support his drug addiction, he would start making numerous thefts. These thefts would turn into way more though, into murders, attempted murders, and assaults. Richard would target highly rich areas in Los Angles and would later move to San Fransico. His very first known murder took place around April 1984, but Ramirez was not convicted of this crime. Richard would use variety of weapons against his victims. If he didn't kill them, he would make them confess their love for Satan or swear by him. In 1989, Ramirez was convicted to a jail in California where he was sentenced for thirteen murders, five attempted murders, eleven sexual assaults, and fourteen burglaries. The judge once said that, "cruelty, callousness, and viciousness beyond any human understanding". Ramirez never had any remorse for the lives he took or the ones he endangered. He died by natural causes from complications from B-cell lymphoma while waiting for his death row.
