J ohn Wayne Gacy was an American Serial Killer who tortured or murdered at least thirty-three men and boys. Mr. Gacy was born on March 17, 1942, in Chicago, Illinois. He often visits children's hospitals and charitable events as Patches the Clown. John had become the Killer Clown because of his services as a clown prior to knowledge of his killings. Gacy committed all his murders in one home in Norwood Park Township. The home was a ranch-style house. The victims would get invited to John's home. John Gacy would say he was going to do a magic trick, but they had to wear handcuffs for the trick. He would then torture his captive victim before killing them of either asphyxiation or strangulation with an object. All thirty-three of his victims were buried somewhere on his property or discarded in the Des Plaines River.
